Asos is one of the most prominent online fashion and beauty stores in the world. The British brand sells over 850 brands as well as its products, and now they have widened their horizons to creating cosmetics manufactured by the brand.
Asos has announced the release of an in house beauty collection for men or women. The Asos Face + Beauty will include 46 shades of highly pigmented lipsticks, liners, eye shadows, bronzing sticks, subtle baby pink blushers, and more.
What got us more excited about the new collection is the fact that the products are going to be totally affordable, with the prices ranging from as low as $5 to $11.50 for the products, and also the Instagram pink illustrated packaging the products come in.
“We hadn’t really focused on beauty and grooming, as we called it then, and [yet] it was doing well,”
“We looked at what other people were doing and it wasn’t that engaging. We thought we could do a great job as it’s an extension of the fashion experience.” Asos chief executive Nick Beighton told Drapers.
The creatively thought through campaign features faces like Richie Shazam, Jazelle and Chen Liu. The collection is set to hit the market on the 20th of September this month.
