Footwear giant Adidas has just launched a new campaign starring young South African talent, to create a new collection from its Adidas Originals line, titled “ZX FLUX Infinite Possibiities.”
Launched to encourage new generation talents in the country to embrace the power of their creativity, the campaign features five local creatives, including tattoo artist Tyler B Murphy, street artist Fuzzy Slipperz, typography designer Jordan Metcalf, professional dancer Robyn Brophy and music producer Peach Van Pletzen.
In a short film for the campaign, titled What You See Is What I Feel, Adidas depicts the journey of the five talents, as they go about bringing their ideas to life, with a Ricole Green of Adidas Originals commenting;
“It was the perfect fit. The ZX FLUX silhouette is literally a blank canvas and the number of fabric and creative executions it allows for has given an infinite number of possibilities for sneaker fans to express their creative flair.”
