Top model Joan Smalls has been named as the new face of Woolworth‘s Studio.W, fronting the line’s collection for winter’14. And, as well as appearing in the brand’s lookbook (which you can see, here), the Puerto Rican beauty can be seen in a behind the scenes video for the campaign shoot, where the star reveals her inspirations and life lessons learnt, saying;
“The lesson I’ve learnt so far in my career is to stay true to my self and not to be persuaded by what other people think I should do.
Life inspires me… My mother most importantly – she’s taught me how to sacrifice and how to pursue my dreams, and how to be persistent… She’s my inspiration.”
