In two cool new videos from Vogue Magazine‘s infamous Vogue Shorts, models Joan Smalls and Imaan Hammam star in the mag’s “Instagirl” videos, revealing their personalities and some of the things they ‘like.’
Moroccan-Egyptian model, Hammam likes a bit of a boogie it seems, with the stunner shot dancing her way around New York City, from Grand Central to the High Line. Seen in a striped tee, ripped jeans, headphones and her trademark waves, the 18-year-old looks gorgeous as she lets her inhibitions fly and throws shapes to Storm Queen’s “Look Right Through,” dancing in the subway, a shop and with an NY local under the director’s gaze of Steven Brahms.
Brazilian beauty Joan Smalls’ short film though, titled Joan Likes, shows that the model really likes Instagram, as she reveals all the things she likes, while appearing to ‘like’ them, social platform-style.
With the video directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman, the model reveals the first picture of herself as a baby, her first pose, her first head shot and her boyfriend, before going on a liking rampage on the streets and liking everything there – including a street painting depicting Jesus as black, which she double taps, saying “I knew it.”
