As we foretold back in July, the infamous Pirelli Calendar showcases the stunner, Joan Smalls, with the Puerto Rican model shot alongside others by Steven Meisel.
Not your traditional calendar though, the 2015 Pirelli Calendar, titled “Calendar Girls,” is styled by Carine Roitfeld and sees Pat McGrath providing the makeup looks on a total of 12 top models: Gigi Hadid, Candice Huffine, Carolyn Murphy, Cameron Russell, Isabeli Fontana, Adriana Lima, Raquel Zimmermann, Karen Elson, Natalia Vodianova, Sasha Luss, Anna Ewers and the aforementioned beauty that is Joan Smalls.
The 42nd calendar for the brand is, like the 41 before it, is unavailable to buy, with each elusive calendars being delivered to an exclusive list of people around the world.
The shots though, aren’t for the faint-hearted with nudity being a key theme for Pirelli’s 2015.
Taking note of her styling direction, we at SPICE happen to love Joan’s blown-out bob, seen in the final calendar shot and the out takes from the shoot, below.
But the PVC ensemble? Not so much, though we’re sure there are a million people who would be happy to see it every single day for the month or March’15 – the month Ms Smalls is allocated in Pirelli’s 2015 Calendar.
