Puerto Rican model, Joan Smalls could be decorating your walls later this year in her underwear, since the stunner has scored a place in the elusive Pirelli Calendar, whose faces for 2014 have just been announced.
Starring on its pages alongside models Adriana Lima, Isabeli Fontana, Natalia Vodianova, Raquel Zimmermann, Sasha Luss, Karen Elson and Gigi Hadid, Ms Smalls will appear shot by Steven Meisel and styled by Carine Roitfeld into a fetish-themed ensemble, said to be inspired by the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie and icons like Bridget Bardot, Jerry Hall and Catwoman.
The infamous calendar is compiled yearly, yet cannot be ordered or bought anywhere – instead it is gifted to an elite, select few, who are never named. And, with this year’s calendar promising top model bodies strapped into seriously sexy underwear, we suspect this will be one will be topping wish-lists everywhere.
Fingers crossed we find it in our mail later this year.
