Fashion icon Karl Lagarfeld and sneakers brand Vans have collaborated and we are dying to see what the collection is going to look like. The collection is set to be released on the 7th of September, the capsule is said to consist of 6 looks, t shirts, jackets and backpacks, courtesy of Elle magazine, we have some exclusive pictures from the collection. The collection will be strictly in black and white which is Karl’s signature color.
The new collection will be available at Karl Lagarfeld boutiques, selected Vans retail stores and both of the brands e-commerce sites.
The capsule’s six interpretations of Vans footwear classics include the Sk8-Hi laceless platform and Old Skool laceless styles outfitted in leather with the quilted letter-shaped detail atop white platform soles, and a solid black leather Classic Slip-On, and also the quilted letter K.
Both brands are not strangers to successful collaborations so we are more than certain that this collection will be a staple in the upcoming fashion month in the street style category.
Vans has teamed up with big names like Disney, Beatles yellow submarine, and Opening Ceremony. Karl Lagarfeld has also collaborated with the likes of Shu Uemura, Vilebrequin, Steiff and Tokidoki
The new collection will be available at Karl Lagarfeld boutiques, selected Vans retail stores and both of the brands e-commerce sites. The prices is said to range from $40 – $300.
