And finally, we’re left with the lookbook for Solange Knowles’ “Girls of Blaze” collection for Puma, whom she currently resides with as creative director.

As we’d anticipated since first reporting the news of the collaboration, the sneakers – Solange’s reinvention of the Blaze Disc – are slamming, and the shots? Better still.

Directed under Ms Knowles’ artistic gaze and shot by (her rumoured boyfriend) photographer Alan Ferguson, the colourful kicks – each designed by the skilled peeps at William Okpo, Gerlan Jeans and Hisham Bharoocha – come to life against bright backgrounds and an artistically aloof set of frizzy strand-bearing sirens.

The trainers will be unleashed unto the public this weekend, on February 8th at Opening Ceremony, but for now you can cop a feel, here;
