Mike Ezuruonye is an award winning Nigerian actor, born in Lagos on the 21st of September, 1982.
The eldest of four siblings, Ezurunonye attended Federal Government College, Wukari, Taraba State (former Gongola State), Arch Bishop Aggey Memorial Secondary School, Lagos State and later went to Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka, Anambra State where he obtained a degree in Accounting.
Mike has shown interest in acting right from his elementary primary school days; he was fond of writing scripts and working behind the camera, and had his major movie break by chance, when he was spotted by movie producer, Ruke Amata. Amata had spotted him buying fuel at a filling station in Lagos but it was movie director Dickson Iroegbu that actually game Ezuruonye his first movie break, with Broken Marriage – Mike’s first movie.
Mike Ezuruonye became a household name with the movie Critical Decision and has currently acted in over 80 movies.
He got married in 2010 to Nkechi Nworom – a medical-psychologist based in Canada.
