The world’s No.1 in tennis, Serena Williams has been announced as the cover star of Vogue‘s April’15 issue, looking windswept and all sorts of gorgeous.
The 19-time Grand Slam winner, who has her first major title win when she was just 17 years old, looks ravishing in Annie Leibovitz’s lens, which sees the sports star rocking a blue dress with her hair blown out of its signature waves – a look we at SPICE love on the star.
Revealing a shot from her editorial on her Instagram page, Serena shows off her capabilities as a model too, seen grapling the wind in a deep red dress.
The successful 33-year-old also reveals in the mag’s accompanying interview that despite her fiesty courtside ensembles, in real life she is pretty shy, saying;
“On the court, I am fierce! I am mean and I am tough. I am completely opposite off the court. My confidence just isn’t the same.
I wish I was more like I am on the court. Nobody would know that I am constantly crying or complaining.’
