One of the most glamorous events of the year took place yesterday and it was all shades of slay. The fashion awards formerly known as the British Fashion Awards was held in the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London to celebrate the industry’s most creative talent. With all the great losses the fashion industry has experienced lately, it was definitely an emotional for all those gathered at the event.
Celebrities, super models, Actors, Musicians, Head Designers of prestigious fashion houses were all in attendant and they were all dressed to the nines. Adwoa Aboah who took home the award Model of the year was adorned in a glittering number from Halpern and completed the look in a pair of Christian Louboutin wedges that had been customized with 2000 Swarovski crystals.
Asides from Stormzy’s black shinning suit by Burberry, Sam smith looked impeccably dressed himself in a Burberry suit, lets just say Burberry had a plan to make all the men look dope that night as Tinie Tempah also looked dashing in Burberry.
One of the most emotional moments of the night was when supermodel Naomi Campbell gave a hearth felt speech surrounded by models wearing the creations of Azzedine Alaia who passed away last month, this was and is still is a loss to the fashion industry considering that we are in a time were true creativity is rare.

Winnie Harlow stole the night in a floor length high slit Brandon Maxwell number, enough of all the explaining even though we can not help but acknowledge Naomi Campbell’s black floor length dress from Azzedine Alaïa and completed the look with a Bulgari jewellery.
