If you are one to follow top Nigerian designer Lisa Folawiyo, you’d know that a documentary on her label Jewel By Lisa is on the way – at least, so we gather from her Instagram post last week.
Uploading a behind-the-scenes pic of herself posed (where else but) in front of a camera, the creative director said via photo caption;
“Long day filming… #JewelbyLisaTheDocumentary#cantwait”
There’s no word yet on when or where the documentary will be revealed, or who’s working on it, but we at SPICE are super-excited for the outcome and the chance to see what goes on behind-the-scenes at the label – what with Jewel by Lisa being very well-established in Nigeria and all over the world, with regular mentions from top press (like Vogue and more recently, Refinery29), and Lisa’s (wardrobe’s) growing online popularity.
