While we’re spending March thinking everything ‘mother‘ (after starting the month with Mother’s Day), one of the sassiest mums out there, Beyonce Knowles has just scored serious Best Mum in the World points, by turning up to her baby, Blue Ivy’s elementary school, and dropping a surprise performance.
Stopping by a the school’s benefit gala at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, the hot mama wore a sequinned Balmain minidress, and sang her singles “Crazy In Love” and “Halo,” as well as a cool cover of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” during which she was seen telling spectators to sing along.
While the kids clearly loved the chance to see the megastar in action, the parents and staff in attendance took to social media to share clips of the performance, proving that it was a pretty special day for them too.
Clearly, Bey’s legendary moves were on beat as ever, but commentators online have focused their attention on the star’s midsection, speculating on whether or not the singer is pregnant with her second child.
All Blue Ivy will be concerned with regarding this performance is all the bragging rights she’s been given, having been landed with a chance to boast about her mum the next day in the school playground.
But take a look at Bey singing “I Will Always Love You” and let us know if you agree that she’s one of the best mums ever for surprising her daughter at school with this epic performance – or whether you too suspect the star is about to be a mother again.
