Fast-rising mixedrace model, Binx Walton has recently been announced as the co-designer of Superga’s upcoming range of footwear (read about that here), which won’t be revealed till Fall, but at last, campaign shots for the Spring/Summer’15 range she’s fronting have arrived, and as expected, they do not disappoint.
The rebellious, tomboy beauty has made waves in the industry for her off-duty model style and “too-cool-for-school” attitude, so the campaign, which was art directed by Binx herself, is especially fresh, low-key and all sorts of easy-going on the eye, as only Ms Walton would have it.
In the shots, revelaed on Vogue‘s website, the model wears her hair in her signature swept-back style, and tells the magazine in an interview that accompanies the campaign images, that she prefers;
“Flats definitely because my friends are usually pretty active. When hanging out with them, anything other than a flat shoe would not be wise!”
The model also describes her style as “relaxed,” saying;
“I like something really simple: jeans from Acne, as they have a good skinny fit; a T-shirt; and my Supergas.”
Seeking to steal a little of her style for your own wardrobe this season? Find Binx Walton’s shots for Superga’s Spring/Summer’15 collection here below and see if it doesn’t leave everyone of you thinking about ditching your heels;
