Top British brand Burberry has just revealed its Christmas campaign for 2015, starring legendary supermodel Naomi Campbell, fellow beauty Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and a host of famous faces, as they recreate a scene from the musical Billy Elliot.
Shot by Mario Testino, the campaign sees the re-imagining of the musical’s opening scene, with Elton John (who wrote the music for the stage version of Billy Elliot) and actress Julie Walters (who starred in the film adaptation), plus Hollywood TV host James Corden, Rosie’s brother Toby Huntington-Whitely, Brit musicians James Bay and George Ezra, and Burberry’s It-Boy, Romeo Beckham also in the mix.

“Billy Elliot is an incredible film full of so much joy and energy, so it was a real thrill and a great honour to be able to celebrate its 15 year anniversary through our festive campaign.
It was also a huge privilege to work with such amazing and iconic British talent – the cast are quite simply some of the biggest names in film, music and fashion and it was so much fun working with them all to make this special film.”
The campaign is doubly special because it also marks Burberry’s pledge to donate £500,000 to charities, Place2Be and the County Durham Community Foundation, with the stars involved also choosing not to be paid, but to instead donate their fee to the charities as well.
