Fun and colours are signature to the Summer season and at House of Tara – a Nigerian cosmetics company owned by Tara Fela-Durotoye – they’re harnessing the mantra with a new campaign called “ColourBurst.”
To celebrate the launch of a new range of products, the aptly-titled campaign ads boast bright, bluntly-chopped wigs and serious colours on faces, saying;
“Every Shade is a Statement.”
According to the brand’s manager, Temi Akingbe;
“We are extremely proud of the campaign and it shows how far the makeup industry in Nigeria has come because this clearly rivals any international standard.
Most importantly, we wanted to capture the vibrancy of our product line and for everyone to have fun with it!”
The models in the video – who each rock a look to represent a different ‘personality’ – are definitely having fun in the campaign video for the new range, which is set against Banky W’s “Jasi.”
