Beautiful designer and creative director at Balmain, Olivier Rousteing and his beautiful face is seen moonlighting in a shoot for limited edition magazine C☆NDY‘s 5th Anniversary Issue, alongside models Kinee Diouf, Luca Fixy, Melodie Monrose, Anthony Agapit, Jean-Paul Paula, Dieyena Ba and Marieme Hoang-Gia.
Photographed on the streets of France by Andreas Larsson, the editorial – titled “Army of Lovers,” a la Rousteing’s recent campaign starring Kimye (read about that here) – is styled by both the designer and Vanessa Metz, with all who feature wearing pieces from Balmain’s Autumn/Winter’13 and ’14 ranges, as well as some things from the brand’s Spring/Summer’14, too.
We at SPICE are in love with the special issue’s shoot, having always felt Mr Rousteing is just as good-looking as the models he works with as creative director – and should we pass any of the limited store that stock the magazine, (there are 3 Kenzo stores that carry them in Paris, 1 Marc Jacobs store in London, an Opening Ceremony store in New York, LA and London, too as well as a handful of bookshops globally) we will for sure pick up a copy.
