OK, who’s for a game of ‘Spot The Star’! Because we think we spy TheMonuments Men director and actor, George Clooney – covered in a Yayoi Kusama-customised Giorgio Armani suit and blending into a polka dot backdrop for W Magazine’s ‘Art Issue’.
TheDecember/January issue sees George talking love and art, and photographed (with thanks from all ladies, everywhere) by Emma Summerton. If art, fashion and good looks gets you going, this editorial should definitely hit the spot…
George told W Magazine: “When I was a kid, I was in love with Audrey Hepburn. I watched Roman Holiday when I was 11, and I thought she was as elegant as anything I’d ever seen. And I fell madly in love with her. I also always loved Grace Kelly. I mean, when she comes out of the water in To Catch a Thief, I thought, ‘that’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen’”
On living a life in hotels: “Home is where my friends and family are. I spend eight months a year in a one-bedroom hotel room in a city I probably wouldn’t vacation in. … But no city… no space … fails to be a home if your family or friends can find a time to visit. I get desperately, depressingly homesick if I can’t find a way to be near the people that bring joy wherever they go.”
About why he is still single: “I haven’t met her yet.”
