Recent Grammy Award winner Lorde – best known for her single “Royals”, her untamed hair and dark, vampy lips – is about to add another trophy to her collection, as she will be joining the likes of Lady Gaga and Rihanna to collaborate with makeup giant, MAC.
The collaboration will see a limited edition collection launch in June, which we anticipate to include colours akin to Lorde’s infamous beauty look.
The singer is reported as saying:
“I have loved MAC cosmetics since I was a little kid. I remember saving up to buy my very first MAC lipstick (“Snob”) at 14, and it was used by about 20 of my friends!
MAC has a very clear aesthetic that has always felt fashion forward to me. So I was really excited to work with them on these products, which I use pretty much every day and night. I hope you will too.”
Already working with a MAC’s senior artist for her tour beauty looks (see a face chart of one of the looks below), Lorde is looking forward to a great future with the brand. We at SPICE are looking forward her collection launching in June.
