Baking soda, lemon and brown sugar: This is a match made in heaven, not only does this combination lighten your face but it makes your skin clearer and aids in the removal of acne. Mix a portion of baking soda, brown sugar and lemon juice into a paste. Apply on face and leave for a couple of minutes, the best part of this paste is that it could be applied in other dark areas, like the under arm. It would leave you smelling fresh.

Honey and lemon: The trick to this solution is making sure you use pure honey. Adulterated honey might not give you that flawless finish you desire. Mix both ingredients, apply on face and wash off with warm water.

Honey. Apply pure honey to your face, leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. To make a skin-lightening mask, combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil.

Egg white, lemon and turmeric: Lets take this up a notch, to get the best results make a face mask with this ingredients, apply on face, let it dry out before washing off with warm water. For best results repeat routine twice every week.
