East London-based Ghanaian model and actress, Adwoa Aboah stars in Karen Millen’s new fashion film, No More Tiaras shot by British filmmaker, Mary Nighy.
The fashion short – launched to help celebrate the opening of the brand’s two new flagship stores on London’s Brompton Road and New York’s Fifth Avenue – also stars Dylan Penn, Langley Fox Hemingway and Stephanie LaCava, plus pieces from the retailer’s Spring/Summer’14 collection, styled by fashion editor, Valentine Fillol Cordier.
Ms Aboah, who is a regular face in mags such as Vogue, Love Magazine and i.D, can be seen doing her fierce, freckly thing in the film, playing the part of a gorgeous beauty pageant queen gone rogue.
