After suffering the loss of loved ones to Ovarian Cancer, Laura Mercier and Claudia Poccia (president and CEO of Gurwitch Products) launched the Laura Mercier Ovarian Cancer Fund in September 2012. Now, with the organisation going into a second year, and in honour of March’s Ovarian Cancer month, Laura Mercier has pledged to further help women combat the disease, by pledging profits from her makeup brand to the fund.
The makeup mogul will be donating the entire profit of three Laura Mercier product and, joining in with her gesture towards the cause, many of the brand’s suppliers and retailers have also waived their fees and profits, too.
