Rising Ghanaian brand, Bello Edu Alima Bello and Kemi Edu, introduces its Spring/Summer’14 collection, titled ”The Bloom,” via stunning lookbook shot by Esinam Sokpor.
Perfect for the season and modelled by pretty-faced Soraya Khalil, the range includes crop tops, florals, lace and cut outs, and, according to the label;
“…drew inspiration from the blossoming of a seed with the right care and nurture into a full petalled flower.
We at Bello Edu decided it was time to show the world how we’ve blossomed through this collection that just started as an idea, hence the rationale behind the bright colours, patterns, flowery fabric and naming this collection ‘The Bloom’.”
Take a look at the shots and the collection’s accompanying poem (by T. Sangari), below;
“As a seed is sown So a thought is born
Beautiful sun rays give light Beautiful colours make you feel right
Plants grow when watered
Ideas flourish when well executed
Petals form and you stand in awe”
