Sudanese designer, Omer Asim takes on architectural-esque constructions in the latest collection from his eponymously named label, with a super-cool offering of androgynous pieces spied in the lookbook for his new range.
Featuring silk, linen and cotton, woven by hand via a two-thousand-year-old loom in the Ethiopian highlands, the collection appears in muted shades of white, copper and black, starring Senegalese model, Grace Bol in its lookbook, shot by photographer Jez Tozer.
Seen against a white bricked wall and stood atop large wood-choppings, Ms Bol wears boxy coats, straight leg trousers and a variety of mesh-clad dresses, showing that what’s next from Omer Asim is easy to wear in any setting, so long as you’re attitude’s right…
