Marking a decade of their iconic collaboration, creative designer and new director of Moschino, Jeremy Scott’s collection for Adidas Originals S/S’14 is revealed – and without apology to the shy or retiring fashion-follower, either.
The bold collection is just what we’d expect from the New York-based designer – brave with colour, awash with attitude and packed full of prints; see his multi-coloured cropped biker, floral boned tracksuit and b-ball inspired twinset for good example.
And still, there’s more – Scott looked to East London for influence on his version of next season, putting forward a play on the Pearly Kings and Queens’ tradition of adorning their garments in studs, buttons and beads. For Adidas Originals, it’s a tracksuit dotted all over and pearl stitching on over-sized mesh vests. #Potent
