Brilliant Nigerian designer, Tsemaye Binitie of his eponymous fashion label has revealed a cool new collection, titled – one stocked with bold and striking things worthy of all the space in your Autumn/Winter’15 wardrobe.
Rejuvenating prior ideas about the talent, who honed his skills with the likes of Burberry and Stella McCartney before launching his brand, Mr Binitie has centred his new pieces on the African mask – an item that features in numerous cultures – and also nods to the influence of fine art photographer and author, Phyllis Galembo, whose book Maske is also focused the accessory.
Made up of feminine silhouettes in a palette of vibrant blue, white, pink and black, the collection inculdes decadent details like fringing, fraying and cut outs, captured by the team at Asiyami Gold.
