As we look to all things ‘fresh’ here on the site this month, Nigerian label Washington Roberts delivers a brilliant new lookbook full of simple, chic wears which will work wonders in adding a touch of freshness to your 2015 wardrobe.
The silhouettes are sharp and the prints? Geometric. Coming from a talent that has worked for Tory Burch, Victoria Secret and Vera Wang, this is a range we’d rock in a heart beat, from the office to the red carpet and back again.
With the designer, Mr Roberts once hoping to become an architect, the collection harks back to his love of structure and is inspired by the Nebuta House Museum in Japan, nodding to the building which is comprised of twisted steel strips, and mirroring them with the range’s long striped garments.
Including silks, satins, wool and organza and a palette with soft pink, blue, cream and black, see Washington Roberts’ Spring/Summer’15 collection in the lookbook below and let us know if you too think it’s ridiculously ‘fresh;’
