The 2015 Music Meets Runway event, set to take place at the Eko Hotel & Suites on 22nd of December, is officially on the search for models, with castings planned to take place this weekend.
The event, organised by Le Reve Events, will mark MMR’s fifth anniversary and launch its foundation, Empowering Lives as well as the introduction of the MMR Recognition Awards – but before that, it needs new faces to walk the ramp on the night and someone to take on the role of official ambassador.
Looking for “the best models to walk the runway” and the face of the “Five-Star Special Edition”, the MMR team invite anyone who thinks they have what it takes, to attend a model casting this weekend on the 28th of November.
Jennifer Olize, founder and creative director of MMR, explains to hopefuls;
“We’re looking forward to the casting call for this year’s Five-Star Special Edition Music Meets Runway. At the casting, we will also be searching for the face of MMR – an amazing opportunity to discover your talent and to experience what it’s like to take part in a fashion event like MMR.”
The casting will take place at Bay Lounge, Plot 10 Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, between 10am and 12pm.
Female models are required to be 5’9 or taller, with a dress size of 6-8 (UK) or below. Male models should be 6’1 or taller and all applicants must arrive at the casting wearing appropriate clothing (female models in a plain tank-top, leggings and heels; males in a plain t-shirt and jeans).
Team SPICE wish anyone attending the casting the best of luck and can’t wait for the 2015 Music Meets Runway next month, or to find out who is named as the face of the event.
