Helping us celebrate a month of ‘Sports’ here at SPICE and going along with the theme of the 2014 World Cup, Brazilian designer Pedro Lourenço brings the heat for MAC Cosmetics, creating a fabulous collection for the makeup giants which includes lipsticks, nail varnishes and blushers.
Described as “the child of fashion designers” and with fans including Lady Gaga, the 23-year-old creative has weilded his fiery youthfulness into the range with daring, saturated hues included alongside soft, frosted nudes that are as as visually stunning as his own designs. And, speaking of the line of limited edition goods, Pedro said;
“MAC is an innovative and fashion inspired brand that I have admired for years. Together, in total synergy, we created a unique and whimsical collection very much aligned with my style and MAC’s trend setting history.
I feel honored and excited to be part of this collaboration with the MAC Cosmetics family.”
With his artistry continued all the way through to the beautiful velvet packaging, our favourites have to be the “Roxo” and “Ruby” lipsticks, giving the original MAC versions a serious run for their money!
