When it comes to filters and emoticons you know that Snapchat stays winning. The social media app has continued to gain around with signature filters like the dog filter, the flower crown and other favorites.
The app took a step further in summer of 2016; when it introduced Bitmoji which enables users create animated avatars that best suits each user’s personality and preference. Less than 2 years after the launch, Bitmoji has become a very relevant feature on Snapchat mainly because of its fun features like 3D animation, Snap Map Actionmojis, share options etc.
The announcement of the new and improved Bitmoji came yesterday. The Bitmoji Deluxe as it’s called allows you to create your own personal avatar; it includes cool features like Skintone, accessories, hairstyles etc.
To create an accurate Bitmoji of yourself on the deluxe version, you can start by taking a selfie, which will then be referenced throughout the setup. You can also choose to return to older versions of Bitmoji by going to the settings menu on your Snapchat profile.
The update will be available on both IOS and Android devices.
