Solange Launches Limited Edition Skincare with Keihl’s to Raise Funds for Schools in Zambia

While Team SPICE start October thinking all things ‘Warriors,’ style icon and singer Solange is has become one for children’s education, by teaming up with beauty giant Kiehl’s for a new venture to help aid schools in Zambia.

Ms Knowles-Ferguson, who always steps out with a signature matte complexion, first began her partnership with the skincare brand back in July, but has just launched a limited edition version of its best-selling ‘Powerful Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate,’ to help raise funds for resources and supplies of children’s schools in Southern Africa, via charity 14+.

Solange’s philanthropic project sees her designing the packaging of the product (the concentrate promising to improve the firmness and texture of the skin by minimising lines and wrinkles), with proceeds from its sales going towards a $25,000 donation to charities DonorsChoose.org, 14+ Foundation, Inc. and also Son of a Saint.

The top-dresser said of the venture in a statement;

 “Education should not be a privilege, but a right that every child deserves, and I couldn’t be more excited to now have a partnership with Kiehl’s to support this belief.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the honor to work alongside many wonderful people doing outstanding work in all facets of education and I look forward to continue working with incredible organizations such as 14 Plus who are building schools from the ground up in Zambia, and New Orleans’ inspiring mentorship program for young men who have lost their fathers, Son of a Saint.”

Team SPICE don’t know about you, but love the look of the product’s packaging, which also includes a $25 voucher to redeem online – a donation from which will go to your school of choice.
