Ibeno is also home to international oil company Exxon and Mobil, from where crude oil is exported all over the world. Home of the Nigerian supper eagles, the Godswill Akpabio international stadium and games village is one of the top tourist attractions in the state. The stadium is a well equipped 30,000 seater multipurpose sports complex modeled after Germany’s Allianz Arena. The stadium is also home to important social, cultural, and religious events hosted in the state.

The Akwa Ibom and park is home the history of the people of Akwa Ibom. Filled with pictures, crafts, carvings and lots more, the museum is a definite must see.
