Retro trends have been in our face all year, some we love and are totally gassed the fashion jury agreed to bring back, while some just have us rolling our eyes to the far back of our head, having us question why they ever got revived.
Seat-belt belts were a big thing in the late 90’s through the early 2000’s. The days of popcorn tops, pants without back pockets, velvet tracksuits, and unflattering formal dresses. People loved them and had to have them, but we believe this is one of the trends that definitely wasn’t really missed after we evolved to other things.
This trend kind of has us thinking of Howard Walowitz from hit Tv Series Big Bang Theory and his seat belt belts and the detachable buckles.
But what do we know? Even though we aren’t exactly thrilled about this comeback, we can’t help but wonder if it’ll make it back to the top our must have fashion accessory in no time.
