The neon light make up craze has recently been gaining ground on YouTube and Instagram amongst makeup artists. This new trend features extremely bright fluorescent lights and black light effects on lips and eyes.
While some makeup artists achieve this look by using actual UV lights, others rely on their creative skills to bring the look to life.
The most popular colors that have been used by make up artists are purple, yellow, electric blue, green and red.
Although the artistic and creative process to achieve this overall look ultimately has to be appreciated, we also can’t help but wonder if this new make up craze will find its way to the runway, or become a total makeup must do like contouring and highlighting or if it will be one of those frenzy’s that soon fade away.
