Style Icon & Creative, Oroma Elewa Launches App

Launched last week, the creative explained in her usual caption style;

“I’m not going to do a cheesy promo for my APP. The way I see it, if you remember, read and enjoyed my blog ‘oromastherapy’ then you will also like my lifestyle APP: Oroma Elewa.

It’s my very own space for heartfelt and uncensored musings. You know the kind that got me labeled as a too deep, heavily opinionated black woman. You’ll also find intimate photographs, extended photos from my travels and honest conversations with people I like and respect.

Noting that the platform is about a “personal journal” and that the content “will always be raw and highly uncensored given this space,” Ms Elewa – whose worked with top brands, including Fossil and seems to hit a new city  every other month – is surely one to watch, with said content (if her Gram’s anything to go by) always being of high style and quality.

Posts so far include photo diaries of her trip to LA and Lagos, and an entry on being “poly cultured”, which the talent describes “as being an adult, fully immersed and functioning in different cultural planes.”

Oroma will also “offer a Q&A exclusive to subscribers” of the app, which you can find for iOS here – the app being free to download, but a monthly subscription of £1.99 needed to fully access the content.

Team SPICE can’t wait to see what the Nigerian-born New Yorker and self-described “African cosmopolitan” shares via her new platform, and congratulate Oroma Elewa on the new app venture.
