While we’re reminiscing on last weekend’s events at Lagos Fashion & Design Week and are focused on all things ‘Man’ this month online, we can’t help but think about the fashionable fellas we spied around the Federal Palace Hotel – especially the stylish Noble Igwe, and what he was wearing to the shows.
Spied doing his thing in a cool set of striped overalls by Fourteen07style, the fashion curator and current Payporte ambassador completed his low-key look with some super bright Adidas trainers, a cap and shades, leaving us ready to emulate him.

But while the look was a standout, we did spy it first on designer Ugochukwu Onukwubiri, who wore his 1407 creation to the first day of shows at LFDW.
It seems Mr Igwe saw the outfit and felt he had to rock the look immediately, with Ugo revealing on his Instagram;
“…My day is officially made… I can’t even put it in words. Day 1 of @lfdw_ng I wore this look, @nobel_igwe saw me and ordered 1.”
Mr Igwe emulated the same look pretty much from head to toe, just dashing Ugo’s pop-bright yellow bag and trading the plain black cap for a black and yellow version.

Clearly imitation truly is the best form of flattery, as we can assume from Mr Onukwubiri’s Instagram post, and if you too are looking to recreate the outfit, we’ve a few suggestions…
