Giving Nigerian fashion industry hopefuls the opportunity of a lifetime, the British Fashion Council have launched a competition for stylists, fashion designers and business professionals looking to expand their skills.
The competition, which opened on 2nd of April and will run until 2nd of May ’14, is a joint venture between the British Council Nigeria, Istituto Marangoni London and Lagos Fashion and Design Week, and provides an exciting opportunity for stylists, new designers, owners of boutiques and brand managers who want a leg up in the industry.
Titled Your Fashion Head Start and promising a the prize of a three-week training course in either The Basics of Fashion Business or The Basics of Fashion Image and Styling at the famous Istituto Marangoni London, the competition is open to any resident and citizen of Nigeria who is over the age of 18 and who holds a valid passport.
Participants are invited to apply, here, with two lucky individuals set to be announced as winner on May 12th.
