Nigerian designer, Folake Folarin-Coker has celebrated a landmark 15 years in the fashion industry, with an extravagant event this weekend, revealing the faces of Tiffany Amber‘s new, inspirational “Women of Vision” campaign.
As one of Nigeria’s most beloved brands, Tiffany Amber has launched the initiative in partnership with Diamond Bank, which will see women across Africa mentored over one year by industry experts – successful females from the fashion, business and lifestyle sectors, who were announced at the label’s celebratory event, held in Lagos on October 11th.
The 15 faces of the campaign were revealed to include Oluchi Onweagba-Orlandi (International model and producer of Africa’s Next Top Model), Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde (Nollywood actress), Omoyemi Akerele (creative director and founder of StyleHouseFiles and Lagos Fashion & Design Week), Uche Pedro (founder and CEO of BellaNaija.com) and Eku Edewor (actress and TV personality), amongst other noted women from industries including music, health and education.
Each of the women selected – photographed for the campaign by noted photographer Philip Trimnell – will work with Tiffany Amber to mentor women across Africa, in order to help them achieve their dreams.
We at SPICE congratulate the team at Tiffany Amber on their 15 year anniversary, and wish Ms Folarin-Coker another 15 years in the industry, as well as the best of luck with her new campaign – the shots for which you can join us in admiring, below;
