Top lingerie label and maker of Angels, Victoria Secret will hold its world-renowned fashion show on December 8th in New York, and has just made sure we’ll all be tuning in by revealing that performers include Rihanna. Enough said.
But our intrigue is continued by word that natural hair champion and smooth singer The Weekend, also known as Abel Tesfaye, will play on the night (as well as teen singer Selena Gomez) alongside a catwalk full of beautifully-bodied models including new Angel additions, Jasmine Tookes and Lais Ribeiro.
Rih, who has been busy taking her media presence up a notch, with magazine covers galore and two revealing interviews (one on Googling vaginas here and another on watching true crime documentaries, here) has already hit the event’s ramp before, in 2012 where she sang “Diamonds.”
Fans are already stirring at rumours the singer will reveal new material from her soon-to-drop album, though “BBHMM” we think would be a fitting track…
It’s estimated that over 180 countries will broadcast the show, with many looking forward to see this year’s edition of the famed “Fantasy Bra,” as well as a spectacular look at the brand’s 2016 collection. Though we at SPICE estimate that this year’s viewership will be dramatically increased as we all tune into see if Rihanna dons the famed Victoria’s Secret wings, and what else she is or isn’t wearing.
