The 2016 Met Gala came and went with all the best in celebrity running through in their finest garms – others, showing up in more questionable clobber.
And, while we’ve dissected via pictures who wore what and which were the best beauty looks, there’s action to take in too, with videos from the night cropping up everywhere.
As Beyonce was making her entrance in front of screaming fans, and Ciara was still getting her hair and makeup sorted, former Vogue editor Andre Leon Talley talked to starts on the red carpet, catching Kenyan beauty Lupita Nyong’o and finding out the inspiration behind her hairdo. Watch as she explains where the style’s influence came from and what “creativity” is to her.

But also at the event, which came with a theme of ‘Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology’, was a set for shooting stars in the style of a music video, directed by Gordon von Steiner. Here, celebs passed through and had their ensembles and personalities shine – Kimye working the camera together and not disappointing with their duet.
Von Steiner also caught a gathering of models, with Joan Smalls, Cindy Crawford, Doutzen Kroes, Jourdan Dunn and Alessandra Ambrosio getting in formation for the lense. See the ‘Balmain Army’ in action.
Fellow model and young It-girl, Kendall also got involved, working her petite frame in the booth.
Meanwhile former It-girl, mega star and controversial dresser Madonna rocked the set with her signature moves (and a bit of tweaking).

The absolute best of all videos (see all here) came from celeb siblings Jaden and Willow Smith, whose cool was just too much to contain…
And of course, woman of the night Anna Wintour took her twirl (ok, there was no twiriling) in the booth, where the neon lighting provided the best excuse to keep her famed shades on.
Stars also shared their own behind the scenes videos, including (of course) Kim Kardashian, who gave us a taste of how her glam squad operates…
Inside the event, stars were busy filming the evening’s antics – Jenifer Hudson hanging with her pal Ciara.
