While we’re excited by all the fresh collections coming our way for Spring/Summer’16, we joined Kiki Kamanu on the set of the lookbook shoot for her “Kamanu Sutra” collection.
The former model-turned-designer tells us that she has “so many favourite pieces from this collection,” with the slogan “Let’s Go” inspired by the fact that Nigeria has;
“…Different modes of transportation…[including] the danfos, the okadas. It’s just something fun and the kids love it.
I also have the tie dye inspired pieces… I’m carrying the tie dye from beach to evening wear and I’m putting a fun spin on it.”
The collection is also fronted by SPICE TV‘s very own Style 101 host, Idia Aisien who told us she’s;
“…Always wanted to work with Kiki Kamanu professionally. I know her and she’s bubbly, upbeat, and her designs are exciting.”
