Hard work really never fails. What’s best is seeing visible results for the efforts you put in and getting due recognition. Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, Nigeria’s self acclaimed start boy has earned bragging rights amidst his colleagues this year due to the number of international awards and recognition he has gotten from some of this most recent works and waves from his record label signee Mr Eazi.
The “Holla at your boy” crooner beat the likes of Davido, Tekno, Mr Eazi and others in this year’s BET awards best International act category. This is his second consecutive win in the category and we sure hope to see him attain greater heights.
To add some extra medals to his recent achievements, he will also be appearing on Futures upcoming international tour, prior to this, WizKid graced the stage with Chris Brown. 2017 has been Wizkid’s year and he has shown no signs of slowing down and we really can’t wait for his “sound from the other side” which drops in two weeks.
